How books get to you, what it costs, and where we can send them. Last updated 16 August 2026.
We ship physical books within the United States. Checkout will only accept a US delivery address.
If you are outside the United States and would like a book, please write to Info@ruthannthompson.com — we would rather arrange something by hand than pretend the option does not exist.
Digital books have no shipping at all and are available anywhere.
The children's bundle — all five Open Fielders titles in one box — ships free.
Shipping for other orders is calculated at checkout, and you will see the full total, including any shipping, before you are asked to pay. There are no charges added afterwards.
These books are packed and posted by hand, not by a warehouse. Orders are sent out as promptly as we can manage, and we will always tell you if something is going to take longer than you would reasonably expect.
If your order has not arrived and you are starting to wonder, please just ask — write to Info@ruthannthompson.com or call Office (614) 568‑3492 and we will find out where it is.
A digital purchase is emailed to you as soon as your payment is confirmed. The link works for 30 days and allows up to five downloads.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then write to us — we can reissue a fresh link at no cost, and we would much rather do that than have you sit waiting.
Tell us and we will make it right. A book damaged in the post is not your problem to absorb.
